Our professional and executive clients go into the interview with confidence and style. The interview training sessions include mock interviewing and discussions of salary negotiation techniques. This program also addresses phone interviews, Face Time/Skype interviews and Internet web site screening.

The candidate receives 75 “tough” questions before the interview. The interview is conducted by a trained professional acting in the capacity of a prospective employer. Once complete, the client’s answers during the interview are critiqued and reviewed.

For every position, candidates usually go on between three and six interviews before the hiring decision is made. For this reason alone, superior interview preparation is needed.
